- So,please practice regular meditation at least half an hour a day.
3) Healthy diet :-
- After doing yoga and meditation a healthy and proper diet must be needed.
- It allows all the portion of the stomach to maintain the capacity of work.
- It keeps us doctor away.
- So,please take healthy diet.
4) Spent time with family or friends :-
- Always try to spent times with family ,friends or anyone .
- Because you can express your felling among them.
- Yo feels pleasure,good to talk with family ,friends or anyone.
