Reduce your mental stress ?

There are some tips to reduce our mental stress :-
1) Yoga :-

  • Yoga is a thing through which we can reach our main point of brain.
  • Yoga gives our implement to brain that cool down all thing will be right.
  • It reduces the mental stress by cooling our mind ,fixing our brain to a point.
  • It reduces all the extra things from our brain.
  • So, please practice regular yoga.

2) Meditation :-
  • Meditation is the second process through which we can connect our body to brain
  • While doing meditation it allows all the cells to active and transmit the messages through nerves.
  • It controls the brain power.
  • So,please practice regular meditation at least half an hour a day.

3) Healthy diet :-

  • After doing yoga and meditation a healthy and proper diet must be needed.
  • It allows all the portion of the stomach to maintain the capacity of work.
  • It keeps us doctor away.
  • So,please take healthy diet.

4) Spent time with family or friends :-

  • Always try to spent times with family ,friends or anyone .
  • Because you can express your felling among them.
  • Yo feels pleasure,good to talk with family ,friends or anyone.
  • So, please spent time with family members or with your friends.
