There were some tips to reduce your belly fat:-
1)Regular exercise -
*Regular exercise is needed for reducing the belly fat of our body .
*Take out your sweat glands from our body.
*How much you will work that much the sweat glands will be expose from our body.
*Regular exercise reduces the extra fat stored in our body.


2)Workout -
*Workout is the second process through which we can reduce our extra fat.
*You can join jim also if you wants to reduce your fat.
*The fat will not be reduced in one or two days it will take a time at least 1month

3)Healthy food -
*Healthy food is the third key to reduce our belly fat.
*Extra oily food can unbalance our digestive system.
*Junk foods , street foods should be avoided.
*The food we eat in street there were no amount of protein is available.


4)Immune power -
*Immune power is very important for our body health.
*If the immune power will be balanced then we will never be I'll.
So please don't eat unhealthy, unhygienic,street foods.
