How to stay healthy and fit.

There are some tips to stay healthy and fit.

1)Get up in the morning.

  • Wake up in the morning because it is a common method to stay healthy.
  • It Regulates our blood speed 
  • Fells strength to our body.
  • Get a boost to our full day.
  • Reduces skin problems or diseases.
2) Exercises.

  • After wake up in the morning do regular exercise.
  • It gives all the basics needs which we needs to stay healthy.
  • It Regulates our blood pressure,brain pressure,removes pain from our body.
  • Reduces skin diseases, memory problem,pain problem.
  • So,we should do daily exercise if we leave one day then it starts pain in our whole body .
3) Unhygienic foods.

  • Don't eat unhealthy, unhygienic foods because it reduces our body strength.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol,cokes,cold drinks.
  • If you wants to stay healthy and fit so you should have to follow all these steps .
  • By taking my advice you should not prefer theses (3) steps .
